After several months in private beta, the location notification service Shizzow is now available to the general public, the company announced Thursday. Shizzow is sort of a Twitter for location. Instead of a tweet, you send a "shout" announcing your current location. You can choose to make these shouts public or private, and your friends can be notified of your shouts by "listening" to you
