One of the biggest complaints gamers have had with the PSP is the single analog nub, but if the latest rumors concerning the long-fabled "PSP 2" are accurate, that's a problem that'll soon be remedied -- and then some. Java and xml. XML handles the Android interface and Java does all the work behind the scenes. Definately learn Java first, become somwhat understanding of xml, then dive into Android resources because Android does have it's own libraries and such.
