T-Mobile will be the first Mobile phone carrier to offer a mobile phone based on Google's Android software. The high-end smartphone, which will be made for T-Mobile by the world's top smartphone maker High Tech Computer Corp, is expected to challenge Apple iPhone as well as other smartphones that run software from Palm, RIM (Research in Motion), Microsoft and Nokia. The T-Mobile Android smart phone is expected to go on sale in the U.S. before Christmas and perhaps as early as October. - (Reuter
